Police record the aftermath of the morning shelling of Kharkov by the Russian military
In the morning of October 18, the occupiers launched rocket attacks on the Osnovyansk and Slobidsky districts of the city.
As a result of the shelling, infrastructure facilities, private houses, warehouses, cars were damaged.
Fragments and parts of the downed missile were recovered in the Slobidsky district, which according to its characteristics corresponds to the missiles of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile complex.
Employees of investigative and operational teams, forensics, specialists of the explosive control carried out inspections of the scene. Physical evidence removed.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for 8 to 12 imprisonment.
