Police is recording the consequences of the shelling of the occupiers in Donetsk region
Occupation troops shelled the kindergartens in Zelenopillya, and in Nikolaevka due to direct inclusion of the shell into the house the woman was wounded. The operational investigative unit are working on the scene.
In Nikolaevka Village, near Volnovaha, in a result of a shell explosionthe woman was wounded. Personel details of the victim are established.
The distance from the Zelenopillya Village of Bakhmut Community to the border line is 5 km. Police are documenting the consequencesof the shelling and supporting local residents. The Head of the Bakhmut District Police Unit Dmytro Prystupyn is controlling the work of the police officers on the scene. Four children, who were hiding in the basement at the time of the shelling, were supported together with their kindergarten teachers, were taken away by their families.
However, the house locatedon Yubilejna Street was damaged, and an elderly couple was inside during the shelling.
Information about violations and victims is being clarified.
According to the facts, criminal proceedings have been instituted under Art. 438 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (violation of laws and customs of war).
