Donetsk police documented 23 violations of laws and customs of war
During the day, Russian troops shelled 11 settlements. Enemy shells of the Russian army injured civilians and destroyed homes.
The occupiers struck the towns of Avdiyivka, Bakhmut, Krasnogorovka, Toretsk, Chasiv Yar, Kostiantynivka, Ocheretyne village, Berdychi, Druzhba, Karlivka, Novy Komar. The Russian army attacked civilians with missile systems and artillery.
Destroyed and damaged 20 civilian objects — 15 residential buildings, a mine, technical schools, premises of the mining and rescue department.
In the afternoon, Russian troops covered Krasnogorovka with fire. 6 private houses were damaged, there were injured.
Bakhmut district was under artillery fire almost all day. As a result of the hits of enemy shells, eight private and one apartment building, infrastructure facilities were damaged. Injured local residents.
Police and SBU opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
With the help of the police, another 190 people have been evacuated, since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation more than 23,500 people, among them 3745 - children, 1257 - people with disabilities.
