Donetsk police document consequences of Russia's military aggression
During the day, 18 settlements suffered shelling. The occupiers killed and wounded civilians.
The enemy covered with fire the cities of Kurakhovo, Avdiyivka, Toretsk, Vuhledar, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, Velyka Novosilka, Severchnoe, New York, the villages of Novoukrayinka, Karlivka, Bogoyavlenka, Solovyovo, Katerynivka, Vremovka, Klishchivka, Khromove, Voskrevoe Senka. The occupying forces fought with aircraft, RSDV “Grad”, missile systems, artillery and mortars.
Destroyed and damaged 37 civilian objects — 18 residential buildings, a thermal power plant, a mine building, a sanitary and epidemiological station, a farm, outbuildings, garages, cars. In Kurakhov, Russian troops targeted a critical infrastructure facility, there are dead and wounded civilians.
Artillery shelling does not subside in the Bakhmut direction either. In particular, in Kurdyumovka, Siversk and Bakhmut, people died from enemy attacks. Infrastructure facilities and private houses were damaged.
Police and SBU opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
With the help of the police, 196 more people were evacuated, since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation more than 24,700 people, among them 3908 - children, 1,420 - people with disabilities.
