Police document shelling in two districts of Kharkiv
At night, the Russians again terrorized the civilians of Kharkov. Missile strikes of the Russian Federation came on infrastructure facilities in the Saltovsk and Osnovyansky districts. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties.
At night in the Saltivsky district, shells of the occupiers damaged the depot of the Kharkiv metro, the premises of the motor transport workshop and warehouses, the building of a car service. At the site of the hits, ruts formed.
On the territory of Osnovyan district, a private enterprise was destroyed, several cars were damaged.
Employees of investigative and operational teams and specialists of the explosion control carry out inspections of the places of events, collect material evidence.
According to these facts, investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for from 8 to 12 years in prison.
