Police document the aftermath of an enemy attack in Nikopol district, which killed a person and injured
Within 24 hours, from the side of the temporarily occupied city of Enerhodar in Zaporizhzhya region, the enemy from the “Grad” and “Hurricane” RSFSR shelled the cities of Nikopol, Marganets, Chervonohryhorivsk and Mirivsk hromada.
As a result of the impact on the Chervonohryhorivska community, private houses, outbuildings, cars, power lines, gas pipes suffered damage and destruction. One person was killed and injured.
In Nikopol, as a result of shelling, private houses and outbuildings suffered destruction. Gas pipelines and power lines were also damaged.
In Myrivska and Marhanets communities, private houses and outbuildings suffered damage. The final extent of the damage is being clarified.
Investigators and forensics work at the sites of the shelling, who inspect the sites of the attacks, collect material evidence and document the consequences of the enemy attack by the occupying forces of the Russian Federation.
According to the facts of Russian aggression against the civilian population, law enforcement officers opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
