In Luhansk region, police officers registered 19 facts of violation of the customs of war
In the cities of Sieverodonetsk, Rubizhne, Popasna, Metolkino, Mykolaivka, Smolyaninov and Shchedryshchevo, 19 facts of destruction of homes of local residents and damage to property as a result of artillery shelling of the occupiers were documented. Information submitted to the ERDR on the grounds of a criminal offense, provided for in Art. 438 Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of the customs of war”.
Also, 9 facts of illegal possession of vehicles of citizens and enterprises were registered — operational and search measures were initiated to establish the location of stolen property (Art. 289 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
During the operational-search measures, 18 people were identified who supported the occupying authorities in the temporarily occupied territories and are now cooperating with the enemy. The actions of traitors-collaborators are documented, they are threatened with punishment under Art. 111-1 Criminal Code of Ukraine “Collaborative activity”.
The seizure by the occupation forces of the Russian Federation of the administrative building of a communal institution on the territory of the Mountain community is documented.
