Police recorded Russian war crimes in Donetsk region and in Nikopol
On April 30, the Russian army of heavy artillery twice targeted the civilian infrastructure of the city of Nikopol.
Enemy shells hit a high-rise building, as a result of which a 48-year-old local resident was fatally wounded. Two more people received shrapnel wounds - they were given the necessary medical care.
The shells destroyed the roof, walls and windows of two private houses. In five-story buildings and private houses, the blast wave knocked out windows. Utilities, gas pipelines and power lines were also damaged.
At the same time, the police documented 20 strikes in Donetsk region over the past day.
Nine settlements were under fire. The occupiers wounded civilians.
Russian troops fired shells on the cities of Avdiyivka, Bakhmut, Kostiantynivka, Krasnogorovka, villages Lastochkino, Vremovka, Grigorivka, Novoukrayinka, Karlivka. The enemy fired from aircraft, S-300s, RSVP “Grad”, artillery.
18 civilian objects were destroyed and damaged — residential buildings, civilian cars, trailers, garage, utility building, entertainment facility.
Three S-300 missiles were directed by the Russians at Konstantinovka, damaged the building of the entertainment center and transport.
There was no information on injured civilians.
With artillery, the Russian military fired three times on Bakhmut, wounding three civilians. An apartment building, a private house, a garage and an outbuilding were damaged.
Avdiyivka withstood seven enemy blows. There was no information on the victims.
Police and SBU opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
