Police of Kherson region opened criminal proceedings on the fact of shelling by Russian army troops
Today, April 18, Russian occupation forces attacked Kherson once again. As a result of enemy strikes on the territory of the Central Market, a 46-year-old man was killed, nine more citizens were wounded.
Among the victims were six men and three women, all of them taken to hospital with injuries of varying degrees. In addition, several cars and houses were damaged within a radius of several blocks - on the streets of Robochy, Yaroslav Mudroho and Mayakovsky.
At the scene of the tragedy, an investigative and operational team, police explosives, emergency personnel and medics worked.
Currently, the police of the Kherson region have opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the laws and customs of war). Urgent investigative actions are ongoing.
