Police of Kharkiv region processed 1543 applications and messages from citizens during the day

In order to prevent illegal weapons and drugs from entering settlements at checkpoints, law enforcement officers together with military personnel checked 4791 vehicles. On suspicion of involvement in sabotage and reconnaissance groups and in carrying out propaganda activities, 4 persons were brought to the territorial units for verification.

Every day the enemy continues to destroy the infrastructure of the region. This time, the missiles targeted residential buildings of residents of the Kupyansk district. Damaged private homes and windows in high-rise buildings. Attacks into educational institutions were also recorded. There are no casualties. Employees of investigative and operational teams and forensic experts record the consequences of shelling and open criminal proceedings.

In Kharkiv, patrols stopped a Renault car, in which they found 60 rounds, a trigger lever for the UZRGM-2 grenade, RGN and F1 grenades. Criminal proceedings have been opened.

Employees of the response group of the patrol police of the Bogodukhiv RVP promptly detained a 28-year-old resident of Kharkiv region, who illegally took possession of a Honda Accord car from the territory of the household.

Police officers take care of the safety and social protection of residents of the city and region, provide food and basic necessities to residents of de-occupied settlements, help citizens to evacuate from dangerous areas.

Police units resumed their work in the liberated territories. Police officers ensure public security and order in 9 areas of de-occupation: Balakleysky, Kupyansk, Izyum, Zolochiv, Lipetsk, Volchansky, Chuguivsky, Velikoburlutsky, Borovsk.

Since the beginning of the de-occupation measures, employees of the Explosive Service of the National Police of Ukraine have surveyed the territory with a total area of about 1944.7 hectares. 26452 explosive items were seized, 4391 destroyed.

Investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine carry out measures to register war crimes in liberated settlements. A total of 3,300 war crimes have been registered since the beginning of the de-occupation measures, of which the most are under Art. 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) — 2908 and under Art. 111-1 (collaborative activities) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — 334.
