Police of Kharkiv region last day processed 1395 reports from citizens
In order to prevent illegal weapons and drugs from entering settlements at checkpoints, law enforcement officers together with military personnel checked more than 4,380 vehicles. On suspicion of involvement in sabotage and reconnaissance groups and in carrying out propaganda activities, 8 persons were brought to the territorial units for verification.
While on duty at the crossing of the Armeyskaya metro station, the police outfit discovered a 34-year-old man who was wanted by the Donetsk police for committing a criminal offense.
Since the beginning of the de-occupation measures, the employees of the Explosive Service of the National Police of Ukraine have surveyed the territory with a total area of about 2019.1 hectares. 26904 explosive items were seized, 4577 destroyed.
Investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine carry out measures to register war crimes in liberated settlements.
In total, 3853 war crimes have been registered since the beginning of the de-occupation measures, of which 3435 - according to Art. 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) and 359 - under Art. 111-1 (collaborative activities) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
