It was established that the former Deputy Head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Donetsk Oblast voluntarily occupied the position of the so-called “Acting Head of Inspection of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the city. Mariupol”.
Based on the police materials collected, SBI investigators informed the 56-year-old woman about the suspicion. She is charged with the commission of a crime provided for in Part 2 of Art. 28 (Committing a crime by a group of persons, a group of persons by prior conspiracy, organized group or criminal organization), part 7 of Art. 111-1 (Collaborative activity) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The offender faces punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of twelve to fifteen years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of ten to fifteen years and with or without confiscation of property.
Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out under the procedural guidance of prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General. Investigative actions continue.
