Police exposed another scheme to evade mobilization due to fake “white tickets”
For $5,500, the defendant promised to influence members of the military medical commission to make a diagnosis, which gives men the opportunity to receive a deferment from the army for health reasons and leave the state unhindered. DeLuk has already been declared a suspect.
A 44-year-old local resident came into view of the operatives of the Ternopil Department of Internal Security of the National Police and the investigative police of the Ternopil region. The attacker searched for individuals on the Internet and among personal acquaintances and invited them to make a so-called “white ticket”.
He assured clients that he had acquaintances and could influence the decisions of members of the military medical commission. Therefore, for $5,500, he promised to “make” a medical conclusion about unfitness for military service and receive a recommendation from doctors: to undergo medical therapy in another state.

Operators of the NPU and the Department of Military Counterintelligence of the SBU together with the investigators of the GUNP in the Ternopil region detained a 44-year-old man while receiving funds.
At the moment, he has already been declared a suspect under Part 2 of Art. 369-2 (Abuse of influence) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. For illegal transactions, the attacker faces up to five years in prison.
The pre-trial investigation continues in order to establish all the circumstances and bring to justice the alleged accomplices of the defendant.
