Donetsk police document consequences of 20 Russian shelling
Occupation troops targeted peaceful homes, wounded civilians. 8 settlements were attacked by the enemy.
During the day, the Russian army shelled the cities of Kurakhovo, Avdiyivka, Bakhmut, Krasnogorovka, Vuhledar, Velyka Novosilka, Severchne, Vremovka village.
The enemy was hitting civilians with air, Grad RSFSR and artillery. Destroyed and damaged 19 civilian objects — 16 residential buildings, a coke factory, a bakery warehouse, an administrative building.
Under heavy artillery fire was Bakhmut. The enemy shelled the city six times, wounding civilians. The private house and infrastructure suffered destruction.
An airstrike on the town of Vuhledar and the village of Vremovka was recorded, no information about casualties and wounded was received. With “hail”, the occupiers covered Avdiyivka and the village of Velyka Novosilka. According to preliminary data, people were not injured.
Police and SBU opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
With the help of the police, another 137 people were evacuated, since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation - more than 31,630 people, among them 4752 - children, 1918 - people with disabilities.
