Police document aftermath of Russian shelling of Kharkiv district

On March 12, around 15:00 the Russian military once again fired S-300 missiles on the Kharkiv region.
Employees of the investigative and operational team, specialists of the explosives control and forensic laboratory work on site.
Three hits were detected. Previously, none of the citizens were injured.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
