Police documented the consequences of new enemy strikes in Zaporizhzhya region
The police registered 16 reports of destroyed houses in settlements of the Pologovsk district. There was no information about the injured.
Last day, Russian invaders shelled the territory of Zaporizhzhya region with rocket systems of volley fire, aviation and artillery. Under the fire of the occupiers were Hulyaypole, Zaliznichne, Shcherbaky, Malynivka, Charivne, Chervone, Mala Tokmachka, Dorozhnyanka, Olhivske, Novodanylivka, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Polovskiy district, villages of Mali Shcherbaky, Stepove and Kamianske Vasilyevsky area.
Russians have been shelling civilians in the Pologovsk region almost 24 hours a day, so local residents turn to law enforcement agencies for help as soon as there is a connection.
So, yesterday police officers recorded evidence of war crimes on the territory of the Gulyaypilsk community. Enemy fire damaged citizens' homes, personal belongings, cars and farm buildings.
Crimes committed by the military of the Russian Federation are documented by law enforcement officers under Art. 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Criminal proceedings have been opened for every fact of armed aggression.
Police of Zaporizhzhya region continue to accompany the evacuation of civilians to safer places and regions. Over the past day, 778 people were evacuated by rail from the city of Zaporozhye to the cities of Lviv, Chop and Kovel, including 76 children.
