Police officers of Kharkiv region responded to 1473 messages from citizens during the past 24 hours
At checkpoints, law enforcement officers together with military personnel inspected 3,900 vehicles.
The personnel of the GUNP in Kharkiv region on suspicion of involvement in sabotage and intelligence groups and in carrying out propaganda activities brought 12 persons to territorial units for verification.
At one of the metro stations, when checking the documents, the police found a resident of the Kharkiv region. Since 2014, the man has been wanted by law enforcement agencies for fraud.
Every day police officers take care of the safety and social protection of residents of the city and region, provide food and necessities to de-occupied settlements, help citizens to evacuate dangerous areas.
Police officers, together with volunteers, brought humanitarian aid to residents of the village of Verbovka. They also treated the townspeople with pizza in Balaklea.
Employees of the Explosive Service of the National Police of Ukraine with the beginning of the de-occupation measures surveyed the territory with a total area of about 1,572.95 hectares. 24 034 explosive items were seized, 2 491 were destroyed.
In total, since the beginning of the de-occupation measures, 1774 war crimes have been registered, of which the largest under Art. 438 Criminal Code of Ukraine — 1560, according to Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — 185 and others.
