Police opened criminal proceedings on the fact of fragmentary wounding of a resident of Maryinka

The man was injured as a result of shelling by the occupiers. The shell hit the house. The police document the consequences of the incident.
Today, February 22, at about 17.30 in Maryinka, a 50-year-old man who was at the place of residence received shrapnel wounds. The victim was taken to a medical facility in Kurakhovo.
At the moment, the occupiers are not ceasing fire on the city. After the shelling is completed, a police investigative and operational team will work at the scene, which will record the consequences and damage caused.
In fact, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 1 of Art. 438 “Violation of the laws and customs of war” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
