Police of Sumy region record the consequences of shelling by the Russian army. There are wounded

Over the past day, Russian troops shelled settlements in Sumy region. A total of 95 strokes were scored.
As a result of the shelling, 3 production facilities of the enterprise, 11 private households, a house of culture, a school, a kindergarten, 8 cars and power lines were damaged, which led to the blackout of three settlements.
In addition, as a result of the shelling, a warehouse with grain was set on fire.
According to these facts, the police opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
