Police officers drew up administrative protocols for two people for violation of law order at a rally in Kyiv
Two participants provoked a conflict in the crowd and did not respond to the demands of law enforcement officers to stop the illegal actions.
Recall that today, January 25, there are actions in the central part of Kyiv, in connection with which the police and soldiers of the National Guard have tightened security measures.
During the events, two participants provoked a conflict in the crowd, behaved aggressively, did not respond to the legal demands of law enforcement officers to stop illegal actions and resisted police officers.
For malicious disobedience to the legal requirement of police officers for violators, administrative protocols have been drawn up under Art. 185 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. The sanction of the article provides for the imposition of a fine of eight to fifteen non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or public works for a period of forty to sixty hours, or correctional work for a period of one to two months with a deduction of twenty percent of earnings, or administrative arrest for a period of time up to fifteen days.
The police once again call on the participants of the rally to adhere to the declared peaceful format of the event and not to violate public order.
