Police are investigating the circumstances of the conflict in the Odessa City Council

It is preliminarily established that the clash occurred between a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, his aides and supporters with the municipal guard, who did not let the people accompanying the elected official into the meeting room.
As a result of the conflict, three guards were injured.
Police officers are now working on the scene, who interview witnesses and participants in the conflict and carry out priority investigative actions.
The incident is classified as hooliganism under Part 3 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Law enforcement officers continue to ensure law and order at the scene.
