Police reported on suspicion of collaboration by residents of Izyum district
The woman voluntarily went to cooperate with the enemy and entered into an employment contract with the occupation administration. She worked as “chief specialist of the accounting and reporting department of the temporary occupation military-civilian administration of the Izyum district of Kharkiv region”.
The perpetrator carried out activities in her position and carried out orders given by the so-called “head of the military-civilian administration of the Izyum district of Kharkiv region”. The attacker was in office from May to September last year.
Employees of the Izyum district police department of the GUNP in Kharkiv region exposed a 50-year-old local resident in the collaborative activity.
According to this fact, criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 2 of Art. 111-1 (collaborative activity) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The sanction of the article provides for the deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of 10 to 15 years with or without confiscation of property.
On May 29, investigators of the Izyum District Police Department under the procedural guidance of the Izyum District Prosecutor's Office informed the woman about the suspicion of committing a crime.
