In Ugledar there are 108 inhabitants, who mostly live underground. To feed them and take the three men out, the police crew overcame a series of tests: a destroyed road in sight of two enemy drones and shelling. And the locals showed the law enforcement officers the “exhibition” of weapons collected by them, with which the Russians kill them.

The road into the city is densely covered with ravines, the occupation troops beat on it and the buildings located next to it to make the road impassable. Chances of coming under fire in an open area are 10 out of 10. In addition, the UAVs of the Russians are circling overhead, directing artillery.

The police managed to deliver the cargo intact. Food packages and eggplants of water they leave in designated places in the yards. One of these makeshift aid points — among the solid ruins, arrived here again 20 minutes ago and there is a possibility of a second attack, but people still live here — in the basement.

Three residents could not stand it and asked for evacuation. Among them is a disabled woman who needs treatment. She was carried away on a stretcher. After waiting for the next shelling, the police took the citizens to a safer place, and the patient received medical care.

Due to the aggravated situation and the practice of the enemy to fill residential quarters with air bombs, it is better for residents of front-line settlements in Donetsk region to evacuate. A safe exit will help organize the police.
