Police officers record the consequences of the morning mass shelling in Nikolaev — civilians injured
Today, July 12, at 4 o'clock in the morning, the troops of the occupier massively shelled the regional center. As a result of enemy attacks, cars, apartment buildings and private residential buildings, premises of an educational institution, a shopping center, state-owned enterprises, the territory of a medical institution and other buildings were damaged.
There are casualties among the civilian population. Currently, officers of the investigative and operational teams interview witnesses and victims, record the consequences of Russian aggression against civilians, and help the victims. Forensics carry out inspections of crime scenes, specialists of the explosives service defuse explosive objects and collect debris from shells.
According to the facts of shelling, investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
