Police officers record the effects of the night shelling of Kharkov
The shelling of the civilian infrastructure of Kharkov occurred on August 13 around 1:30. As a result of the rocket hitting the ground in Novobavarsky district, another educational institution was partially destroyed - the facade and windows of the college were damaged.
In Nemyshlyansk and Slobidsky districts, a hotel complex, a residential high-rise building, public transport, cars were damaged from the impact of ammunition.
Law enforcement officers conduct inspections, document crimes, collect shell fragments, record destruction.
Information about the events is included in the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under Part 1 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for from 8 to 12 years in prison.
