Police in Donetsk region record the consequences of 20 Russian shelling
During the day, the Russian army destroyed and damaged 15 civilian objects — homes and infrastructure. There are dead and wounded.
The occupiers struck 9 settlements - the cities of Avdiyivka, Bakhmut, Siversk, Chasiv Yar, Velyka Novosilka, the villages of Berdychi, Karlivka, Khromove, Ivangrad. Donetsk region was destroyed by artillery, RSVP “Grad”, mortars.
Destroyed and damaged 7 residential buildings, a music school, an agricultural enterprise, agricultural machinery, garages, cars.
The largest shelling was carried out by Bakhmut. The occupiers opened fire on the city 6 times. The attack on the village of Zarechne Liman Community, which occurred on the night of October 19, is documented. A person died from enemy mortar fire.
Police and SBU opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Another 269 people have been evacuated with the help of the police, since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation more than 25,000 people, among them 3942 are children, 1,450 are people with disabilities.
