Improve the service and form a rating: the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs implement a feedback platform

In order for the quality of services to be of high quality, the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs introduce the web platform “Your GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” feedback platform in Telegram. It was created for the purpose of connecting with citizens. The person willing will be able to leave a complaint, suggestion, comment or wish regarding the quality of the provision of services.
Algorithm of actions:
- get a service in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
- scan QR code with link to web platform in Telegram
- give answers to 5 questions
- if you want to comment on your unsatisfactory ratings, click the button “Notification to the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs”
- after writing a review, do not forget to click the “Send message” button
