After returning to Ukraine O. Yaroslavsky will be invited to participate in the necessary procedural actions
The incident occurred yesterday, February 9, in the evening on the highway “Kyiv-Kharkiv-Dovzhansky”.
Recall that previously the police have already established that on February 9, at about 22:55 in the area of 534 km of the highway “Kyiv-Kharkiv-Dovzhansky”, an unidentified car that was moving from the side of the city of Chuguev in the direction of Kharkov, fatally injured a pedestrian.
Investigators of the Kharkiv police opened criminal proceedings under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In particular, the event is qualified under Part 2 of Art. 286 (violation of the rules of road safety or operation of transport by persons driving vehicles) and under Part 3 of Art. 135 (leaving in danger) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The police are checking information about the involvement in the accident of the motorcade of businessman Alexander Yaroslavsky. Immediately after returning to Ukraine, investigators will invite him to participate in the necessary procedural actions.
Within the framework of criminal proceedings, law enforcement officers will process the available information and establish all the circumstances of the accident.
