SNSS pyrotechnics started working on GSC-200 mechanized demining machines
After training on the Swiss GSC-200 mechanized demining machines manufactured by the German-Swiss company “Global Clearance Solutions AG — GCS”, SNS pyrotechnics began to use these multipurpose complexes in de-occupied areas to clear mines and remnants of unexploded ordnance.
These platforms for clearing the terrain of explosive objects are already in use in more than 40 countries around the world.
The demining complex consists of a tracked tractor and attachments, and it is controlled by one operator using the control panel.
GCS-200 are capable of neutralizing mines at a depth of up to 28 centimeters, the width of the demining strip when working with the working body is up to 2.2 m. The range in which the GCS-200 can be controlled remotely is 1 kilometer.
Four such complexes are already operating in the de-occupied territories of Ukraine.
