The property and corporate rights of the Russian company for more than UAH 220 million were transferred to ARMA — National Police
The founder of the enterprises was a citizen of the Russian Federation from the sanctions list of the National Security Council. The Russian share of the capital of this business entity reaches 75%.
Operatives of the Department of Strategic Investigations in the Ivano-Frankivsk region of the National Police, together with employees of the regional department of the Security Service of Ukraine, established an enterprise connected with the Russian Federation. The main activity of the company is the production of paper products and building mixtures.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, top managers of the commercial structure have tried to hide its belonging to the Russian Federation. In addition, they developed a “scheme” for withdrawing funds to “shadow” circulation with the help of controlled companies, which caused the state losses of 30 million hryvnias.
In order to prevent the alienation of assets according to the materials of law enforcement officers, the court seized assets: corporate rights worth more than UAH 14.8 million, property complex worth more than UAH 197 million, 8 cars and money in bank accounts.
All funds will go to the reconstruction of the infrastructure of Ukraine, which was damaged as a result of the hostilities of the Russian Federation.
Criminal proceedings are investigated under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: Part 3 of Article 110-2 (financing of actions committed for the purpose of forcibly changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power, changing the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine); Part 2 of Article 209 (legalization (laundering) of property, obtained by criminal means); part 3 of Article 436-2 (justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).
Procedural management is carried out by the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
