Cigarettes were ordered by a citizen of Ukraine via the Internet and received through the services of a logistics company. In the future, the man aimed to resell the goods at a higher price among border residents.
At the moment, the agent has been brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 164-5 KUPap “Storage or transportation of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products on which there are no excise stamps of the established sample”. The decision on the case will be made by the court.
But in the Odessa region, border guards with the help of UAVs detained violators of the state border.
As it turned out, residents of the Kherson and Nikolaev regions decided to illegally cross the state border in order to further enter Moldova. To do this, they contacted the organizers, who told them what they needed to do. The price of such services is $4500 US each.
To implement their plans, the offenders reached the railway station in the Odessa region and walked along the indicated route to one of the settlements near the Ukrainian-Moldovan border.

In relation to persons who tried to illegally enter abroad, protocols have been drawn up on their commission of administrative offenses, provided for in art. 204-1 KUPAP “Illegal crossing or attempted illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine”.
In total, 17 people were detained over the past day for attempting to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine.
We emphasize that the passage of adult citizens of Ukraine across the border is carried out by foreign passports or other documents stipulated by legislation and international treaties, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995. N 57.
