During the day of April 26, the units of the State Emergency Service carried out 206 expeditions to eliminate the consequences of shelling by the occupiers of settlements and infrastructure facilities.
Five fires have been eliminated. Psychological assistance was provided to 105 people.
For reference: Since the beginning of the war, 91 thousand 298 visits to eliminate the consequences of shelling have been carried out, 14 thousand 345 fires were eliminated, 4 thousand 10 people were saved, and psychological assistance was provided to 211 thousand 345 people.
During the day, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service were involved 174 times, 571 explosive items were detected, seized and neutralized, an area of 117 hectares was surveyed.
In total, since the beginning of the large-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, 350 thousand 967 explosive items and 2 thousand 891 kg of explosives have been defused, including 2 thousand 216 aircraft bombs. The area of about 83 thousand 452 hectares was surveyed.
Most often, pyrotechnic units worked: 17 thousand 311 times in Kharkiv region, 7 thousand in Kyiv region. 509, Donetsk region — 4 thousand 913, Mykolaiv region — 4 thousand 618, Chernihiv region — 4 thousand 529, Kherson region — 4 thousand 419, Sumy region — 1 thousand 880, Cherkasy region — 1 thousand He's 85.
