As a result of a missile attack of the Russian army on a high-rise building in Uman, four people died. Three were taken out from under the rubble. Another person died in hospital.
This was announced on his Facebook page by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko.
In addition, 17 people were injured and are being provided with medical care. Three children were also rescued.
