Operational information on enemy shelling in Ukraine
The Russian army continues to cynically fire on the civilian population of Ukraine. Only in the past 24 hours, Russian occupation troops attacked Kharkiv, Kherson, Dnipropetrovsk and Nikolaev regions with various types of weapons.
In total, during the day of October 28, the units of the State Emergency Service carried out 186 sorties to eliminate the consequences of shelling by the occupiers of settlements and infrastructure facilities.
6 fires were eliminated, psychological assistance was provided to 148 people.
Kherson region
09:30 - the occupiers dropped the GNP from the unmanned aircraft on the city. Beryslav. As a result, the official vehicle of the National Police was damaged.
09:45 - artillery fire m. Kherson, one person was injured.
11:30 - the occupiers dropped the VNP from the UAV on the village. Antonivka Kherson district. The fire of an economic structure on an area of 30 square meters was eliminated.
11:35 - artillery fire s. Golden Balka of Beryslav district. 3 private
houses and an outbuilding were damaged.
16:00 - the Russians dropped VNPs from UAVs on the village. Mikhailovka Beryslav district, 2 people were injured.
17:35 - artillery fire m. Berislav, one person was injured.
18:25 - the enemy launched a missile strike (Iskander) on m. Kherson. 7 people were injured, three of whom were hospitalized. As a result of the attack, 2 private houses were destroyed, 3 private houses were partially destroyed, the building of the Kherson District Administration of the National Police and 10 private houses were damaged.
A fire in a private house on an area of 100 square meters was localized. 2 people were rescued by the units of the State Emergency Service.
21:20 - air strike on the city. Beryslav. 7 private houses were damaged, the fire on the third and fourth floors of
a five-story apartment building on a total area of 400 square meters was eliminated.
00:15 - artillery fire m. Kherson. A private house is damaged.

04:45 - artillery fire m. Kherson. There was a garbage fire at a solid waste landfill on an area of about 200 square meters.

14:00 - shelling of s. Kindrashivka Kupyansk district. One person was injured, 2 private houses and a
village club building were damaged.
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
14:05 - artillery fire m. Nikopol. Two people were injured, including a 7-year-old child. An outbuilding was destroyed, 14 private houses, 14 outbuildings, a car, 20 solar panels were damaged and a fire in a private house on an area of 140 square meters was eliminated.
16:20 - missile strike on p. Marina Roshcha Sinelnikovsky district. The glazing of the production building of the inactive mine is damaged.
Mykolaiv Oblast
15:30 - falling debris of a downed rocket near s. Martynivske Voznesensky district. Eliminated dry grass fire on an area of 3 hectares.
15:35 - falling debris of a downed rocket near s. Yavkin Bashtansky district, falling debris of a downed rocket. Three people were injured.
Kirovohrad Oblast
15:35 - missile strike on p. Kanatove Kropyvnytskyi district. One person was injured, 2 cars were damaged, a garage box with subsequent ignition, a fire on an area of 8 square meters was eliminated.
