Operational information on enemy shelling in Ukraine
The Russian army continues to shell the territory of Ukraine. This night under enemy fire were again Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Sumy, Donetsk, Kherson and Kharkiv regions.
During the day, the units of the State Emergency Service carried out 142 visits to eliminate the consequences of shelling by the occupiers of settlements and infrastructure facilities, eliminated 13 fires, and provided psychological assistance to 65 people.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 137 thousand 284 departures have been made, 17 thousand 804 fires have been eliminated, 4 thousand 906 people have been rescued, and psychological assistance has been provided to 238 thousand 142 people.
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
- 08:00 p. Vyshtetrasivka of Nikopol district, shelling, damaged administrative building. There are no casualties.
- 08:00, 16:20 m. Nikopol, shelling damaged 3 private buildings and eliminated a car fire. There are no casualties. It involved 5 people and one of the equipment of the State Emergency Service.
Sumy region
- 08:25 m. Seredyna-Buda, mortar shell, 2 people were injured, a private house was damaged.
- 12:30 p. Yunakivka of Sumy district, shelling, damaged shop and 13 private buildings. There are no casualties.
- 12:30 Khotyn village, Sumy district, artillery fire, partially destroyed the building of the agricultural enterprise. The bodies of 2 dead policemen were unblocked from under the rubble. In total, 2 were killed and 6 employees of the National Police were injured. Eliminated a fire on an area of 20 sq. m. 17 people and 3 SNSS technicians were involved.
Donetsk Oblast
- 08:40 p. Kleban-Bik of Kramatorsk district, shelling (RSVV), damaged 13 private buildings. There are no casualties.
- 15:00 in Tsukuryne village of Pokrovsky district, as a result of shelling of the factory territory 1 person died (died in hospital) and 5 people were injured. Medical and armored vehicles of the State Emergency Service were involved to transport the victims.
- 15:30 Shcherbinovka village, Bakhmut district, shelling, damaged private house. There are no casualties.
28 February 00:50 m. Pokrovsk, 2 missile strikes, partially destroyed the two-storey building of the National Technical University, the three-storey secondary school. The building of Ukrposhta, the glazing of the windows of the administrative building and 10 apartment buildings were damaged. There are no casualties.
Zaporizhzhya region
- 09:00, 13:00 p. Primorske Vasilyevsky district, shelling, destroyed 2 private houses and eliminated a fire on an area of 20 sq. m. There are no casualties. 14 people and 3 SNSS technicians were involved.
- 09:20, 12:40 m. Gulyaypole, shelling, damaged the building of the psychoneurological dispensary (again) and the fire of a private house on the area of 50 sq. m. There are no casualties. 16 people and 4 SNSS technicians were involved.
Kharkiv Oblast
- 10:30 p. Svitlychne Bohodukhiv district, shelling, eliminated car fire. There are no casualties. 7 people and 1 SNSS technician were involved.
- 10:40 p. Ostrovske Pokrovsky district, shelling, grain storage building damaged. There are no casualties.
- 11:30 a.m. Dergachi, shelling, damaged apartment building. There are no casualties.
- 15:00 m. Raisin, as a result of detonation of VNP in a private courtyard, 1 person was injured.
- 21:00 m. Kupyansk, shelling, damaged apartment building. There are no casualties.
Kherson region
- 10:40 p. Dudchany, Beryslav district, UAV discharge from UAV, fire of a private house on an area of 70 sq.m was eliminated. There are no casualties. 4 persons and 1 SNSS technician were involved.
- 13:15 p. Sadove Kherson district, shelling, a fire in a private house on an area of 150 sq.m. There are no casualties. It involved 8 people and one of the equipment of the State Emergency Service.
- 16:10 p. Veletenske Kherson district, shelling, 1 person was killed and a private house was destroyed. It involved 5 people and one of the equipment of the State Emergency Service.
February 28 01:30 a.m. Kherson, shelling, extinguished the fire of a private house on an area of 250 sq. m. There are no casualties. It involved 5 people and one of the equipment of the State Emergency Service.
