Operational information on the consequences of the conduct of hostilities of the Russian Federation and the work of pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine
During the day of August 4, the units of the State Emergency Service carried out 201 sorties to eliminate the consequences of shelling by the occupiers of settlements and infrastructure facilities. 9 fires have been eliminated. Psychological assistance was provided to 93 people.
For reference, since the beginning of the war:
109 thousand 763 visits were made to eliminate the consequences of shelling; - 15 thousand 567 fires were eliminated; - 4 thousand 241 people were rescued;
- psychological assistance was provided to 224 thousand 361 people
Also, during the day, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service were involved 147 times, 466 explosive items were detected, seized and neutralized, and the territory of 41.19 hectares was surveyed.

21 thousand 383 times, in Kyiv region - 8 thousand. 367, Donetsk region — 7 thousand 149, Mykolaiv region — 5 thousand 612, Kherson region — 6 thousand 725, Chernihiv region — 4 thousand 817, Sumy region — 2 thousand 356, Cherkasy region — 1 thousand 215.
Since the beginning of the large-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, 418 thousand 561 explosive items and 2 thousand 891 kg of explosives have been defused, including 3 thousand 67 aircraft bombs. The area of more than 92 thousand 065 hectares was surveyed.
