As of 19:00 rescuers removed the body of the child from under the rubble. As a result of the rocket fire of the Russian army on a high-rise building in Uman, 23 people were killed, including 4 children.
On site there are deployed points of assistance to the population. To provide psychological assistance to citizens, SNSS psychologists are involved. The search and rescue operation continues.
