Operational information on the elimination of the consequences of partial flooding in Ukraine (as of 15:00 on April 18)
At this time, the hydrological situation is stable and is under the enhanced control of the SNS. 330 houses remain flooded in 5 regions (Dnipropetrovsk — 170, Kirovohrad — 87, Cherkasy — 42, Chernihiv — 29 and Poltava — 2) and 1,642 farms in 6 regions (Chernihivs'ka — 488, Dnipropetrovska — 333, Kirovohrad — 323, Kirovohrad — 323, Kirovohrad — 323, Kirovohrad Kiev — 210, Cherkasy — 181, and Poltava — 107).
According to the Hydrometeorological Center, there is a seasonal rise in the water level within the rivers Vit, Dnipro, Desna, Seim, Sozh, Pripyat, Goryn and West Bug in the territories of Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kirovograd, Rivne, Poltava Vska, Cherkasy and Chernihiv regions.
In Dnipropetrovsk, Volyn, Rivne, Cherkasy and Poltava regions, 21 thousand 108 hectares of agricultural land were flooded. Transport connections to 30 settlements were disrupted: Chernigivska — 29 and Kyivska — 1.
In total, the units of the State Emergency Service delivered 653 kg of products, transported 1 thousand 985 people and pumped about 15 thousand 184 cubic meters of water.
