Operational information on the elimination of the consequences of partial flooding in Ukraine (as of 15:00)
According to the Hydrometeorological Center, there is a seasonal rise in the water level within the rivers Vit, Dnipro, Desna, Seim, Sozh, Pripyat, Goryn and West Bug in the territories of Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kirovograd, Rivne, Poltava Vska, Cherkasy and Chernihiv regions. Currently, the hydrological situation is under control. There is a trend towards a decrease in the rate of water level rise in rivers in the north of the country. There are 1,379 farms flooded (Chernihiv — 474, Cherkasy — 182, Dnipropetrovsk — 83, Poltava — 107, Kiev — 210 and Kirovohrad — 323) and 198 houses (Dnipropetrovska — 38, Kirovohrad — 87, Cherkasy — 42, Chernihiv — 29 and Poltava Vskaya - 2), of them 125 cottages. In Dnipropetrovsk, Volyn, Rivne, Cherkasy and Poltava regions, 9 thousand 138 hectares of agricultural land were flooded. Transport connections to 30 settlements were disrupted: Chernihivs'ka — 29 and Kyivska — 1.
Chernihiv region
There is a rise in the water level on the rivers Dnipro, Desna, Seim, Soz and Vit. In the river. Dnipro (per day +1 cm), near the river. Gum (per day + 18 cm). Flooding of 474 farms in 12 settlements and 29 residential buildings in 3 settlements was recorded (p. Mnov, s. Wasteland and s. Prokhoriv of Chernihiv district). Communication with 29 settlements of Novgorod-Siversky, Koryukovsky, Nizhyn and Chernihiv districts has been disrupted. The units of the State Emergency Service transported 142 people. To provide assistance to the population, 24 persons and 23 equipment of the State Emergency Service (including 5 Bogun swamps and 10 floats) were involved.
Volyn region 5 thousand 478 hectares (decrease
by 1 thousand 720 ha) of agricultural land (Kamin-Kashirsky — 4 thousand 100 ha and Kovelsky — 1 thousand 378 ha) were flooded.
Kiev region s. The cellars of the Brovary district remain flooded 210 farms, flooding of residential buildings is not observed. 6 people were transported from the flood zone. Ivankiv village of Vyshhorod district on the
Teteriv River there is no water level rise, work is being carried out to restore the passage across the Teteriv River by local authorities. There is a rise in the water level on the river.

Kirovohrad region
In the Svitlovodsk district, 87 residential (summer) houses and 323 farm houses were flooded on the territory of 4 garden societies. The units of the State Emergency Service transported 1 person.
Rivne region 3 thousand 159 hectares
of agricultural land were flooded (Varashsky — 759 hectares and Sarnensky — 2 thousand 400 hectares).
Cherkasy region
On the territory of 16 settlements of Cherkasy and Zolotonisky districts, 42 residential buildings, 182 farms and 485 hectares of agricultural land were flooded.
Poltava region
On the territory of 6 settlements of Kremenchuk district, 2 residential buildings, 107 farms and 15 hectares of agricultural land were flooded.
Dnipropetrovsk region
On the territory of the region, 38 residential buildings, 83 farms and 0.5 hectares of agricultural land were flooded. 85 cubic meters of water were pumped out by the units of the State Emergency Service during the day.
In total, 12 thousand 139 cubic meters have been pumped out since the beginning of the work. The hydrological situation is under the enhanced control of the State Emergency Service.
