Operational information on the elimination of the consequences of partial flooding on the territory of Ukraine
According to the Hydrometeorological Center, there is a seasonal rise in the water level within the rivers Vit, Dnipro, Desna, Seim, Sozh, Pripyat, Goryn and West Bug in the territories of Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kirovograd, Rivne, Poltava Vska, Cherkasy and Chernihiv regions.
As of now, the hydrological situation is under control. Currently, there is a trend towards a decrease in the rate of water level rise in rivers in the north of the country.
1,564 farms (Chernigivska - 474, Kirovohrad - 323, Dnipropetrovsk - 269, Kiev - 210, Cherkasy - 181 and Poltava - 107) and 330 houses (Dnipropetrovska - 170, Kirovogradskaya - 87, Cherkasy - 42, Chernihiv - 29 and Poltava - 29 and Poltava) are flooded. Tavskaya - 2).
In Dnipropetrovsk, Volyn, Rivne, Cherkasy and Poltava regions, 9 thousand 138 hectares of agricultural land were flooded.
Transport connections to 30 settlements were disrupted: Chernihivs'ka — 29 and Kyivska — 1.
During the day by the units of the State Emergency Service: 2 thousand 995 cubic meters of water were pumped out (from the beginning of the works — 15 thousand 184), 228 people were transported (from the beginning of the works — 1,799).
The hydrological situation is under the enhanced control of the State Emergency Service.
