Operational information of the State Emergency Service on the consequences of hostilities by the Russian Federation
The units of the State Emergency Service carried out 118 sorties during the day to eliminate the consequences of shelling by the occupiers of settlements and infrastructure facilities. 2 fires were eliminated. Psychological assistance was provided to 91 people.
For reference, since the beginning of the war:
- 111 thousand 149 visits were made to eliminate the consequences of shelling; - 15 thousand 695 fires were eliminated; - 4 thousand 253 people were rescued;
- psychological assistance was provided to 224 thousand 905 people.
During the day, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service were involved 103 times, 286 explosive objects were detected, recovered and neutralized, and the territory of 42.02 hectares was surveyed.
In total, since the beginning of the large-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, 421 thousand 172 explosive items and 2 thousand 892 kg of explosives have been defused, including 3 thousand 77 aircraft bombs. The area of more than 92 thousand 327 hectares was surveyed.
Most often, pyrotechnic units worked: in Kharkiv region 21 thousand 667 times, Kyiv region - 8 thousand. 432, Donetsk region — 7 thousand 320, Mykolaiv region — 5 thousand 686, Kherson region — 6 thousand 906, Chernihiv region — 4 thousand 840, Sumy region — 2 thousand 397, Cherkasy region — 1 thousand 228.
