As of 13:00 on January 16, 39 people (including 6 children) were rescued, 40 people died, including 3 children, 75 people were injured (including 14 children), 46 reports of missing persons were received.
Local authorities have organized temporary residence for 43 people who applied for help. 16 tents were deployed for heating and feeding the victims, providing clothes and essentials, as well as ensuring the work of management bodies (Rescue Service — 4, National Police — 2, National Guard — 1 and volunteer organizations — 9). Psychologists of the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 98 victims. Search and rescue work and dismantling of dangerous structural elements continue. Lighting of the place of work is provided. More than 8,000 tons of building debris and 41 damaged cars were removed by the municipal services.
In total, 544 people and 75 units of equipment were involved in the work. Of these: from the SNS - 114 people and 24 units of equipment, the National Police - 125 people and 20 units of equipment, the National Guard - 100 people and 2 units of equipment, emergency medical care - 6 people and 2 units of equipment, communal services - 48 people and 26 units of equipment. There are also about 130 volunteers and 15 representatives of the Red Cross Society working on site.
At the scene of the shelling, the operational group of the apparatus of the State Emergency Service and the headquarters for the elimination of the consequences of the emergency situation, headed by the first deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional High Court of Justice, are working at the scene of the shelling. Work continues around the clock.
