Updated information on elimination of consequences of shelling in Zaporozhye
On March 22, the enemy launched massive rocket attacks on Zaporizhia. As a result of the attack, the ends of two nine-storey residential buildings in the regional center were partially destroyed. As of 16:00 it is known about one dead, 32 people injured, 27 people hospitalized (of them - 3 children), 5 people were assisted on the spot.
The Russians launched six missile strikes on the city. As a result of the hits of one of the rockets in two high-rise buildings, a fire occurred in homes from the 2nd to the 4th floors.
All emergency and specialized services of the city work on site. Search and rescue work continues. Coordination of forces and resources is carried out by the Emergency Relief Headquarters headed by the Head of Zaporizhzhya OVA.
To provide assistance to citizens, psychologists of the State Emergency Service work. At the scene of the incident, 66 personnel and 14 units of special equipment work from the State Emergency Service for emergency rescue and search work.
