Occupiers carried out air strikes and shelling in Kherson region: there are dead and wounded
According to the investigation, on the morning of September 24, 2023, the Russian military carried out air strikes on a number of settlements in the Beryslav district. Previously, two civilians were killed in a town of regional importance and one of the villages.
At least three people were injured. Among them is a policeman. Also around 12:00 enemy artillery troops began shelling Kherson. Four townspeople were injured, two of them hospitalized. The data is being clarified.
Private homes, apartments and a kindergarten were damaged. Prosecutors in cooperation with other law enforcement officers record the consequences of the next war crimes of the aggressor state.
Under the procedural guidance of the bodies of the prosecutor's office of the Kherson region, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in criminal proceedings on violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1, part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
