Occupiers from the territory of Russia continue shelling settlements in Sumy and Chernihiv regions
Yesterday, July 19, invaders from the territory of Russia shelled the Ukrainian border with the use of aircraft, barrel and jet artillery and mortars. Mykolaiv, Khotinsk, Belopil, Shalyginskaya, Esmansk, Novoslobodsk hromada of Sumy region and Semenovsk and Novgorod-Seversk hromada in Chernihiv region were under enemy fire.
In the morning, from the Russian settlement of Wolfino, the enemy shelled the territory of the Belopil community with mortars — there were 15 ruptures on Ukrainian territory. Later, from the Russian settlements of Politotdelsk and Wolfino in the same community, the enemy used RSDV “Grad” and 120-mm mortars - 10 and 12 bursts, respectively. In the afternoon and in the evening, the occupiers shelled the community area twice more with mortars, in two cases with about three dozen ruptures.
Also on the morning of July 19, a massive shelling of the Semenov community was recorded. About 100 artillery shells exploded in Ukrainian territory within an hour, the enemy fired from the Russian village of Lomakivka.
At the same time, the enemy aircraft carried out 4 missile launches in the direction of one of the settlements of the Nikolaev community. There is information that two civilians were wounded as a result of this shelling.
Novoslobodska hromada was attacked twice, 9 explosions from barrel artillery were recorded. The enemy targeted the Esmansk community three times from the SAU, 25 explosions were recorded. The Novgorod-Seversky community, in the Chernihiv region, was shelled by the Russian army with barrel artillery and RSDV three times in a day, about fifty explosions were recorded.
The shelling of the border continues. Already today, July 20, in the morning, the Russians shelled the Shalygin community, 8 mines of 120 mm caliber were detonated in the Ukrainian territory.
