Occupiers once again shelled Kharkiv and Sumy region: there is a dead
During the past day, the Russian military fired on the settlements of Bogodukhiv, Kharkov, Chuguevsky, Izyum and Kupyansk districts in Kharkiv region. Due to enemy shelling in Kharkiv region, a civilian was killed.
The enemy attacked the village of Cherneshchyna, Izyum district, with guided aerial bombs. Damaged private homes. In the city of Volchansk, Chuguevsky district, a private house and sports infrastructure were damaged.
In the village of Pokalyane, Chuguev district, two outbuildings burned down. In the village of Petropavlivka, Kupyansk district, a damaged household. Due to shelling, there was a forest fire near the village of Velyka Rogan, Kharkiv district.
Also, the army of the Russian Federation attacked Sumy region. Over the past 24 hours, 220 enemy strikes were recorded there. As a result of the attacks, 2 private residential buildings were damaged, a private truck, and a horse was killed as a result of one of the attacks. At night and in the morning of August 17, the militaries of the aggressor countries shelled three communities of Sumy region - Belopil, Seredyno-Budsk and Khotinsk.
According to these facts, criminal proceedings have been opened under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of the laws and customs of war”.
