The occupiers hit Avdiyivka and the surroundings of Toretsk: there are dead civilians
According to the investigation, on September 18, 2023 at 07:30 the occupation forces of the Russian Federation shelled the village of Severchne near the city. Toretsk, probably from artillery. A man riding a bicycle died from the rupture of an enemy shell. Another local resident was on the street during the attack and suffered a shrapnel wound to the chest.
At 11:45 the Russian military launched an air missile strike on Avdeevka. A woman died from the impact of ammunition in the private sector in the courtyard of the household. As a result of shelling in settlements, private houses were destroyed and a car was damaged.
Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, pre-trial investigations were initiated in criminal proceedings on the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
