Occupiers shot 13-year-old boy: police launched investigation

During the monitoring of the media, the police discovered reports of the murder of a child by Russian servicemen in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region. It is known that a few days ago the Russian military shot a 13-year-old boy.
The tragedy occurred in one of the settlements of the Kakhovsky district. On this fact, the investigative department of the GUNP in the Kherson region initiated criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Investigators take all possible measures to establish additional circumstances of the incident and persons among the servicemen of the Russian Federation involved in the crime.
