Occupiers shelled Zaporizhia and Kherson region: one dead, four wounded
The enemy continues to shell peaceful settlements in Zaporizhia and Kherson regions. Police recorded 9 war crimes of the Russian army over the past day in Kherson region and 95 Russian attacks on the territory of Zaporizhzhya region.
The Russian army once again launched air strikes on Olhovka and Nikolaevka, in the Kherson region. At least six houses were damaged by the explosions. In order to save their lives, most of the inhabitants moved as far as possible from the danger zone, because there were almost no residential buildings left in the villages that would not be damaged or destroyed.
Another victim of Russian aggression was a 38-year-old resident of Nikolsky. He received serious injuries on August 22 after the rupture of an enemy shell. On August 31, he died in the hospital.
Near Novaya Kamenka, a 62-year-old tractor driver blew up in a field on an enemy mine. The man was diagnosed with injuries to his face, torso and limbs.
The Russian army continues to shell the city of Kherson with artillery and rocket systems of volley fire. Last day, explosions were heard in the neighborhoods of Korabel and HBK, the central part of Kherson and the coastal zone. Enemy shells vandalized apartments in high-rise buildings and private households.
In addition, during this day, the occupiers attacked 21 settlements of Zaporizhzhya region.
On August 31, the Russian invaders used various types of weapons in the region - drones, artillery and rocket systems of volley fire. Attacks were recorded in Olenivka Zaporizhzhya district, Gulyaypol, Orihiv, Zaliznychne, Novoandriivka, Novodanilovka, Novodarivka, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Krasnoe, Bilogirya, Temyrivka Pologyevsk district, Stepnohirsk, Kamensky, Pyatykhatky, Malyi Shcherbaky, Pavlivtsi Vasylivsky district.
As a result of enemy shelling, three citizens were wounded. A 59-year-old resident of Orikhov, a 67-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman from Gulyaypol were taken to the hospital.
In both regions, according to the collected materials, criminal proceedings were opened, legal qualification - part 1 of Art. 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
