Occupiers shelled Sumy region: two people were wounded

On September 2, 2023, around 10:30am, the occupiers from the territory of the Russian Federation carried out mortar shelling of the town of Seredyna-Buda, Shostkinsky district, Sumy region.
The shells hit the service car of the Shostkinsky REM branch of JSC “Sumyoblenergo”. Two employees were injured. In addition, the shelling damaged a power line, two institutions and a local enterprise.
A pre-trial investigation was launched into violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
